SOE Account PW Reset not working?

Hey there,

I couldn't remember the PW to my PS2 beta key account so I reset it, entered a new one etc. submitted etc.

However, the next day (today) I tried logging in. It says that the pw I'm entering doesn't work.

I've used all variations of my passwords over the years and none of them work, I'm kind of bewildered.

Anyone else experience anything like this before?

Call them up on SOE support line. They are actually one of the best support I've ever had, albiet only one experience. But others too have testified to how awesome they are in getting back old PS1 accounts. Hell, I didn't know the answer to my secret question, my account name, or credit card used back then. We spent around 15-20 minutes tracing back my old account from an old deleted character, then had to dance around with me guessing my old address and credit card and such.
