Honestly, I don't care that my faction lost the event last night

Mostly because I can brag that I had Higby gunning my liberator at one point during the event!

My bomber and I had the following conversation as he pulled up and hopped in the tailgunner seat.

Me: Oh shit! *Hits VNG*
JimmucNC: I'm in. Just got in ahead of that guy. Sorry pal!
Higby has entered your vehicle as a gunner
Jimmuc: Wait, is that Higby?
Me: Haha! Yeah!
Local: Ok guys, we're going in low. This might be a short run if they have AA
Higby: Allright!

*Proceeds to bomb Dahaka*

My only regret is we really didn't manage to accomplish a whole lot on the first run. No more than 2-3 kills. Higby was pretty cool about the whole thing though.

Who else had a cool dev moment?

Saw Higby using a phoenix from one of our base walls. Went like this:

"oh shit, thats Higby"

*watch him get insta-gibbed by snipers*

"oh..."

And of course, there was also him swearing on command chat

A friend and I were in an NC Magrider at Northeast Zal when we saw Higby shooting phoenix rounds from behind a hill. We passed him as he blew up a VS vehicle. I quickly turned around so my friend and I could congratulate him. I almost ran him over the the process (Magriders are unwieldy things).

I never did see Higby again after that. I can only hope he kept his helmet on to protect his hair. It's the NC's most valuable treasure.

At the very beginning of the event I was in a Vindicator with him, we tore it up in northeastern Oshur and then got blown up by a TR armored column, it was beyond epic.

Why didnt you run him over in the mag?
Why didnt you kicked him out of the Vindi and run him over?

Folks, seriously, stop acting nice, you need to troll Higby as hart as humanly possible!

I only saw him once. Thats when someone shouted in mumble "Theres Higby, KILL HIM!"

There am I happily running around the TR sanctuary waiting for my teleport to Oshur. I get ported into a tower thats just been hacked by NC. Halfway through my GrannyHack (in my PJs) and BOOM, Higby JH to the back.

i tried to get higby into pg vent, no dice. had a chat with him over tells, that was about it.

also, i rezzed him after someone tk'd him in zal spawns.

At one point during the battle (I think it was right before Vanu's tank zerg out of Atar) I saw Higby apparently crash his whip and team-kill two fellows NC'ers. So that gave me a bit of a chuckle.

Higby's Hair (and by extension, Higby himself until shorn) are a NC national treasure. I'd give a virtual life to protect it (and him) as much as possible. NC who TK Higby are traitors to the cause!

You think that's good? I took a Gal from Atar when the NC were trying to take the CY. I gal bombed 8 NC on a hill including Higby.

I careened into a ditch to avoid mowing Higby's Boson with my Vanguard. Let's just say that doesn't happen often.

Higby has been in the same squad/platoon at times for the past few events.

He declines all outfit invites or voice comm invites, doesnt want to show favoritism I guess.

During an event prior to the Old Oshur one Brewko globaled a bounty for the first to TK Higby and one of my outfit mates got a lasersword for doing the dark deed. Higby of course then called for a charge leading us out of the base we were in and promptly called meteors down on us all lol.
