Is this something that the PlanetSide admins are allowing to happen? The selling price for the seat being offered is not to unreasonable, but I would like to know the legitimacy of the offer. If someon could please respond to this at my E-mail address it would be great. The person selling the seat does not really sound like the type of person that should be testing this product anyway. sumhow i doubt that they (the ps devs) would let anyone 'seel' their slots as they have been given them free of charge and i doubt very much thats these people 'own' beta slots there4 anyone who sells them will be commiting an offense.

Zanzibar you are infact correct in your asertation of the facts, but incorrect in your assumption that just because it is an offence people wont do it. They will.
They did in EverQuest, even thou the account remained the property of SOE. And they will in PS. Where theres a demand theres a market, even if it does violate NDAs, IPR, and other such agreements/laws.

I love people who ask stupid questions. (reminds me of a South park Tee i had that said "there are no stupid questions just stupid people") I mean did the guy really expect sony to say sure you can sell your beta spot we don't mind, oh also forget about the NDA we don't really check that.
