For many of you PS1 vets you're probably already decided or know what you want to play but as a non-initiated I'm wondering how the account system will work.
Perhaps, you PS1 guys could give some insight on how it worked in PS1. Will we be able to have multiple characters on the same account that are in different factions? Or will it be 1 character to 1 account? If so, will multiple accounts be allowed? I've got a beta key already but I don't know if the beta will be long enough (depending on waves) to really get a good feeling for the factions and their strengths and weaknesses. I've read up on the subject of course but I'd much rather experience it first hand. |

I forsee that it will not be allowed by EULA. But nobody is going to monitor it closely, so, sure, why not? |

I'm pretty sure you will be able to try out all 3 factions during beta if you want. Though, to add to what has already been posted... 1 acct per server.

personally i hope they open it up to have all 3 on one account, we're all going to roll all three empires anyway at some stage, it's F2P you can't stop that, might as well make it convienient and have it on one account.

Although I can see some people doing that, I know some of us will never go to play for their hated enemy (even if all their gear is OP); faction loyalty is pretty important, and we don't want people hopping around empires all the time as soon as one gets the upper hand.

Well for those of us who aren't PS1 vets we don't have faction loyalties. Obviously, we want to be able to try out weapons/vehicles from all three factions to see what suits our individual playstyles.
People were talking about how there should be some sort of VR training. That would be a perfect opportunity to let new players playtest some basic weapons/vehicles from each faction. |
