well in one of the early E3 movies back from like 2001 they had one of a harasser and it drives with two side wheels on the slanted wall of a base and then it does a roll and goes back on 4 wheels. it didnt blow up and just kept rolling along. but that was way back in 2001. im guessing that vehicles can flip but if they dont roll back over on 4 wheels in a certain amnt of time theyll explode...
