it wont be good for gameplay with that many on. it will be chaotic with flying people everywhere.

i bet then their are more people in the sky as in the ground.(Would have reduced the production costs if they only had to make air. )

I wouldn't mind seeing something with a stronger thrust but it wouldn't be good for anything but getting to really high places, and would only last for about a second.

I guarantee there will be a certification for extending flight time. There is a cert for practically every facet of everything you can think of for every class. You can actually cert the Engineer's electric toothbrush to clear away more bacterial plaque, which can lead to gingivitis, an early form of gum disease.

If you cert into the glider jetpack you will have a long flighttime, but you will only be able to thrust forward while you are slowly falling.
Good for high altitude galaxy drops.

There are certs for this as the guy above mentions. Called Icarus and Glider for example. Lets you glide further hortisontally or jump higher vetically. I dont think you can have both. There will be no rocketmanning though.

But its nice to be able yo jump from a techplant roof and survive

I remember seeing Icarus certs but not Glide I think you may be confused with Drift.

The screen shot that was posted had 3 cert trees for the jet pack. This is a complete guess but I would say they will be:

1) Improve vertical thrust (?)
2) Improve horizontal thrust (Drift)
3) Slow fall (Icarus)
