I'm pretty bad at understanding computer specs and such. How will this run?

My friend was gonna build a desktop for me but I really need a laptop instead and I can't afford both.

The graphics card and ram look ok. The cpu seems a bit low but i'm comparing it to desktop quad cores. Overall i guess it's ok. But i'm not big on laptop gaming so this is an uninformed opinion
