If I subscribe to PS1 right now, will I get into the first round of beta?

My account is a veteran account. If I subscribe now, will that make me recognized as an actively subscribed account, thus getting into the first wave of beta? Or is it too late?

@j_smedley PS1 vets, is that anyone owning the game at the time beta starts or?

@duckforceone ps1 vets - people subscribed ahead of us giving people free time followed by anyone who played in the last year.
