Caves - I always felt they took away from the fights that needed to be fought on the surface
BFR's - I don't need to explain why
Jackhammer - Because it's stupid

MCG. Oh Thank god it's gone. Say what you will about the jackhammer but when both VS and NC would rather use the TR HA weapon, you know it's OP. MCG was the "I win" weapon of Planetside. Jackhammer had to be within 10 feet to win, MCG, about 50 feet.

Oh and Radiator. Thank god that's just gone.
Flails too.

That's about it. Nothing pissed me off like getting a drop on an MCGer and my Gauss might as well be a wet noodle.

Edit: now that I think about it here's a few more.
OSes every 30 seconds.
ADAD spam (some even had macros for it).
third person corner looking.
one hacker being able to turn an entire base against your team and nothing you can do unless you're a hacker too.
