Don't forget SOE is a company they are in business to make money. If they can make some extra money on a 9 year old game.. of course they are gonna do so. the demand is there.. i see no issue with it

For new players it seems the option does not appear.

Don't buy it off SOE, get it from Gamefly for $10 and it comes with the free month.

You need to use Gamefly's client to access the CD key, but do not use it to install the game. Use SOE's launcher found on their site.
