Dammit, buying/subbing PS1 seems to be glitched since last night!

Grr! My friend and I have been trying to buy/subscribe to PS1 since 7pm Eastern LAST NIGHT, and the SOE Station website has been lag-f*cked this whole time! Even now at 7:30am Eastern, it STILL WON'T LOAD. We've tried it from THREE different computers. Has anyone else had this problem? What gives? They don't want my money!? o.O

idk man i did mine friday and it worked fine. it could have something to do with them working on the site or just a crazy load of last minute people trying.

The first F2P game players can preorder.

Another game screwed by the power of money. Congratz' SOE.

My guess, you and about 20k other people are trying to do the same thing at the same time and that old purchase server hasn't had that much traffic in years

Who knows. That could actually be a possibility, that they are worried about being over subscribed on their promise to make space for anyone with that "Active" tab and so they've made their payment system for PS1 have "technical issues".*

*Tin-foil hat moment.

I don't think too many ppl are willing to pay 20 bucks for beta access of a f2p game, so I guess its not the server load.

I was able to renew my sub last night around 8:30pm eastern - my credit card failed verification once but then I resubmitted and it went through without issue.

I just tried to subscribe. I downloaded PS1, clicked the "You need to subscribe" "click here" link, it brought me to the SOE page but PS1 wasn't there. lol

You'll have to buy the game, obtain an activation key, and enter it in your station account.

Hardly. Seems to be working fine for every other game that does it.
