Unable to claim my Firefall key

I am pretty new here so maybe I've left something out, but after donating a key I luck out and it looks as though I can claim a Firefall key. However after typing "yes" and checking the box followed by clicking "Go" I receive this message: "An error has occurred, please check your submission and try again." A friend suggested alternate browsers and just trying again, so far no luck in IE or Chrome for the last hour

Any feedback appreciated even if it is "hey derp head, you forgot to do..."

Hmmm, I probably broke it. I will look into the issue tomorrow.

I really appreciate the quick response but again when I am clicking on Firefall it is giving me the option to acquire a key but only receiving an error.

The KeyExchange works for games besides PS2.
