SOE Chat support

Who has gotten help from the chat support anyone?

I am really close now after an hour and am starting to see posts, so I know it is probably all for not, but I will share my side of it here shortly.

Yes I spoke to Live Support. Got told I never paid for PS1 yet I did. Emailed to the happy address. Hopefully it'll get sorted. Sniff

Smed also just tweeted they did some more flagging and to keep trying. Chat support will work, but it takes a while to get through.
