They haven't flagged the accounts yet. As far as I know, the servers will open in 1h 30mins, and that's when the flagging process begins. And from that time, it'll take few hours until everyone with key has access.

Anyone here knows how large the game is and the speed of their servers? Downloading 15 GB could take half an hour if I'm unlucky.
