Guild Wars 2?

So... what do we know? I am a day 1 WoW Vet... and I really have not been following it but now that the severs go live at midnight for pre purchase people... I am curious.

Has anyone really gotten to play the beta weekends and experience it?

Is it going to be successful?

I enjoyed the BWE3 I was in.

I would venture to say yea it'll be successful. The whole idea its B2P, no subscription fee is plenty enough for me.

I think it's fun. My main issue is it still needs optimization, but after that I think I'll be having a blast. I really like that you can still play with friends if they are a higher level than you if they come to lower levels areas.

Just trying to decide if I should pre purchase before its too late to get in and play at midnight. I wish I had a chance to play it before buying it. =/ Darnit.

I dont want to drop the money and end up hating it.

I've been in all three beta tests and I have to say that it is a great game.

I've had a long, 6 year history with WoW and to be honest there isn't much of a comparison except that they are both hotkey based MMOs. Everything beyond that is much different so I really don't like to rate one game against the other.

Can you give me an idea of what I would be stepping in too? I mean... At this point ive only got two hours to make a decision.
