can someone please be so kind to tell me what TIME ZONE they are talking about???

and what zone it would be in UTC

i find it really hard to figure out since they are not giving the full CEST or PT time code properly

the servers typically open at 6am pacific US time (west coast) and close at 10pm Pacific US time( usually)

You'll have to convert from there.
