I think the most interesting pic of these is the pic of the bridge. First of all I had no idea that there would even be bridges in this game.

I will be curious what kind of strategic role these bridges will play within the game. Obviously, the Tribes2-type planes could prevent a stationary force from guarding the bridge, but if you were able to hold air supremacy the defense of these bridges, depending on their location could play an important role in holding bases.

Thanks for posting.

Does the holo-map serve a purpose, or is it just decorative? I don't expect it to be interactive, but it would be cool if it traced radar contacts.

The map is probably just decorative, unless there is a button you can punch(similar to what you use to enter vehicles) to get a view from above. Otherwise you'd have to hop on top of the table and switch to 3rd person view to be able to see it.

And this one, notice the message on his screen, looks like he was trying to bail and let his passangers crash to a fiery death...

I guess that means no flying to the enemy base and parachuting in for some good ol' spawn killing ala BF1942. I think this will help promote teamplay though, since people can't just jump into a mosquito, fly to the enemy base and bail out.

yeah, judging from these screens it seems only passengers will be able to bail midflight... wait a second! that means that the gunners and pilot go down with the ship! CRAP!

How can that be? I heard that if you bailed then the vehicle auto lands. I can't believe you can't even eject to save your life.

I dunno...all would really need to be taken down is a scout to confirm what defneses they have, then get a galaxy, or a few of'em, with infantry and vehicles put together jsut to take out that defnese. But this shtill would be such a cool thing to have to fight over, and even cooler is if the bridges could be destroyed then an engineer could reapair them......

GOD I WANT THIS GAME!!!
