Just tried it and it states my confirmation number is not in the correct format, I used the confirmation number on the receipt it's an Alpha-Numeric code that is 11 characters long not dashes or spaces

I guess if you already registered it does not work?

SOE gave us some patterns they used, maybe that wasn't accurate. Can you PM me your code so I can setup an allowance?
