Planetside 2, What Are You Doing?

So I was playing some PS2 yesterday, and I decided to leave task manager on (w/ slow update speed) and MSI Afterburner so I could monitor system usage, and here's what it looked like during a play session:

My system specs are in my sig. This was on a mixture of medium/high settings at 1080p.

The real problem I have with this is I was getting 30-35 fps during this, but my cpu utilization is only 75% and my GPU is not maxed out. So why is PS2 not using all my system resources? Anyone else having this problem?

There are bugs in the code that make your system pause even when there is work to do.

CyclesMcHertz and other devs are working on fixing it.

I thought he said the bug was that the animations were running too many times thus making processing go higher. Not lower. OP said his processing isn't being utilized enough. Did you have FPS issues after Friday night patch Jaws?

Yeah this was happening in my play session yesterday. I dipped down into the 20's of fps and my system still wasn't maxed out.

I had this until the latest patch. Now it's sitting at 80% instead of 40%.
