I moved this to the proper forum for you. It helps knowing what your actual issue is. Don't make multiple threads on the same topic and having big letters in a different color will not help either. Its annoying.

I already know how to get to the exchange, but whenever someone on the forum posts a link to get keys, all I find is a box underneath the aquire keys section to type in, and a checkbox next to the word go. Whenever I click "go" or type somthing in the box and press enter, it always says that an error occured. How do I atcually use the exchange?

PS: I alredy serched for tutorials on this, and couldn't find this.
