Since one of the key donors posted the quick tip on to use the key exchange in order to recieve a key many hours ago, i've been trying and trying, clicking go go go but am still getting an error

from what i read in the twitter section on the left side of home page, psu says there is still plenty of keys.
if im doing something rong then ok, but i dont see how, theres a yellow CONFIRM TYPE - Yes - and whether i tick or leave the confirm unticked, i get the same error whenever i press go.
any help/info is useful, its now 1 am in the morning, ive been up all night doing this to try get a key, to go enjoy the large battles.
