Guns vs Vehicles

ok question, do all guns deal damage to vehicles?

If so do light guns, like pistols, deal less damage to vehicles or do they deal normal damage?

In other words, if you see a tank coming long and you only have a grenade or a sniper rifle, can you shoot the tank?

Also if someone is driving around in a flash, can you snipe them off of it or is your damage being dealt to the Flash instead?

No, some deal no damage at all. It depends on the vehicle really, you can damage light aircraft with infantry weapons unless they upgrade their armor. You can kill someone off of a flash but if a tank comes your way as a sniper you may as well hide.

The funny thing is they deal no damage, BUT you can steal the kill from someone who is burning out. I've done this many times in my AP vanguard.

You shoot a prowler, your buddy hit them then you jump out and starting shooting with whatever stock pistol you have and by then your buddy should have hit him twice totaling 3 shots into the prowler then switch to your main and you should get the kill by the 3rd shot of your buddies. It's kinda funny when you hear someone in your outsit say WTF I DIDN'T GET THAT KILL?!?!?! and you giggle inside.

It works on just about every vehicle. Even tho you don't deal damage you still get hit markers and it registers you as hitting the target for 0 damage. Even if you don't get the kill you'll get like an assist credit giving you like 25 for vehicle and 25 for person assist. Rack up that credit kid!

but just as hamma said, you wanna gtfo if you're soloing.
