Med Kits Bugged

Med kits and the regen med kits are severely bugged. They just flat-out don't heal most of the time and if they do, your health quickly recedes back to where it was prior to using it.

You'll often see your health tick up, but if you use them right before resupplying at a terminal, your health drops back every time.
