Weird mouse reset

Every now and then, for unknown reasons, my mouse speed changes in-game. It gets really sluggish, liked the settings was bumped down to zero.

Sometimes I have to log out and reboot the pc to go back to my normal speed as it remains slow in windows. What's strange is that the mouse settings in the game haven't changed nor has the windows mouse speed settings.

I have reduce input lag and raw mouse input selected. It's almost like the game and windows are fighting over the settings.

Anyone else experience this and is there anything I can do to make it stop as it occurring more and more lately.

I've had this too. I have a small tantrum and then it seems to return to normal after ~ 5 seconds.

Don't know what causes or fixes it.
