This thread is just making fun of the other thread. Waterson is a much better name then Mattherson.

Emerald was a US East Server. It was not the primary US East server on launch, but ended up being the most popular mainly due to the largest outfits recruiting and playing there (at least they eventually turned out to be the largest). We also had the best players if you compared leaderboards from server to server. Then the other servers were merged into Emerald when there was not enough population to fill all of them.

So I think Waterson is more appropiate then matterson from a historical standpoint. Being second on the list and having a cooler sounding name.
