So what time does it launch exactly?

I'm sure this has been asked a few times, but i had a quick look and could find anthing. But i'm sorry if i'm repeating.

What time does the game actually Launch, midnight this evening?

Also, when i open up the game i get an error message from the launch pad, saying a network issue is preventing it from loading.

Is this just me, or for everyone?
