PS2 Official - UI problems?

Hey y'all, first time posting here, so be nice!

Just finished downloading the official release of Planet Side 2, I go to play it and this is what I'm greeted with...




Any ideas what's causing this?

Servers might be full

You're not alone, switch the language in the launchpad to something else and back again and that should fix it.
