Physical Server Locations?

I'm in central Texas and was wondering if there is a list of the physical locations and IPs of the servers so I can figure out which is best for me.

Also, what servers are the major servers this go around. I used to play on emerald in PS1.

European servers are in Amsterdam, is all I know.

The East servers are in Virginia and the West servers are in Vegas. In Texas I get a slightly lower ping to East but honestly it's pretty close.
