Auto Drive/Run Please

Please add a 1-10 auto drive and a hotkey mappable auto-run?

We asked for this back at the beginning of beta over and over, I think eventually Higby said that they would consider it.

c'mon devs, I'm guessing it's been left out so the game wouldn't feel like a hundred other MMOs out there, but seriously, the game is advertised as massive scale, we need something to get us across all that terrain.

I could have sworn I saw somewhere that the '=' key is auto drive. (Not auto run afaik)

Yes please. I suppose giving 1-10 to aircraft might be a bit difficult with the mechanics, not sure though. Anyways, auto-run and 1-10 for ground vehicles shouldn't be too hard.

The devs said that the programmer who was going to do it was swamped with other things. They've said they will add it just it was way down the list.

That is correct for vehicles. The cruise control works fine except that it's always set to top speed but that's no big deal really. No auto run yet but I'm sure that it will make it's way into the game eventually.
