Sniper Rifle Stat bug?

Hi.
I noticed that the shadow has max damage, while the A80 has less.
Shadow is a semi mid range automatic scout rifle while A80 is bolt action.

Is there a bug?
A semi cant have more damage than a bolt action?

I believe it could be a display bug; I regularly use the HSF TR scout rifle, and headshots don't seem to kill with it. (Admittedly, I'm not a great shot, but I get my 1-hits when I alt as an NC sniper, so I can recognize when I hit them dead on) BUT the HSF shows a full damage bar.

heck, a couple times I've shot people no-scope in the face and they haven't died (with HSF)... but those times when I got killed by them they also showed no damage, when I shot them 2-3 times before they shot me back, and their character model appeared to take the hit.

/me shrugs.
