What I don't like about PS2 right now.

-Cheaters (Wait until you see the aimbotting AA maxes, hilarious)

-I feel like I need to rocketpod spam AMS's and outposts because you get a ridiculous amount of kills.

-I refuse to even fly in a Liberator because they are so OP right now it's not even funny (Nerf the Zephyr and Dalton please). It's my principal that wont allow me to accept these weapons in PS2.

-Tank zergs, I wish I could put a million anti tank mine's down everywhere but tanks dont use roads that would make too much sense, instead they are offroad heavily armored vehicles. Speaking of combat engineering, defense is so BLEH in PS2. It's like I am always rushing to the next outpost before the enemy can backhack me in the million other places my territory is exposed. It's like a MAD RUSH to capture territory. SCREW DEFENSE. The only time it happens is when two large zergs come into contact with one another and get bogged down temporarily in a prolonged battle. But usually it's not about defense, but rather pushing through the enemy to where you wanted to go.

-My jetpacks stop working. It obviously has something to do with switching between or dying as engineer and changing to light assault. Why it hasnt been fixed is super annoying.

-Noone wants to defend continents we already own. Everyone is off trying to capture other people's while just 20% of our population could of easily held onto our territory if only they tried. The benefits and pride/reward of capturing a continent is just BLEH right now.

-Foreign players and late night capturing territory. My server stays at Medium pretty much throughout the night, all Asian names and people talking in European accents. Please filter IP's. Even though my faction usually owns all three continent's by the morning, I would much rather my server be US only. We also have the super noob LET THE BRIT DROP on our server. Who seem to just be a big zerg of lag. I mean they have never heard of splitting up I guess to take simultaneous objectives.

-Lack of customer support. This goes hand in hand with the cheaters complaint. People I have reported for cheating are still playing days later. Not only are they playing, but they are cheating still. It's frustrating. There is no way to contact the administrators of the server. There is no way to contact customer support directly in person. It's just /report or make a ticket and wait DAYS. Make membership only servers if this is how it is going to be. I am already paying monthly for PS2 as a premium member I think I deserve quality servers.

-Why can I equip an underbarreled grenade launcher on my Trac 5 S but not my Trac 5 burst? Nowhere did it say when I bought the burst weapon that I chose the wrong weapon and was an idiot. The TRAC 5 BURST weapon SUCKS. Sometimes it will shoot super fast burst fire as it should when you spam the trigger pull, other times no matter how many times you press the trigger it will misfire and cause you to die like its bugged. Im not talking about the death animation or dying but just goto a wall and practice shooting into it. Half the time you try and shoot fast bursts it will not always register your trigger pull like it's jamming.

-Slug Ammunition on shotguns. My BARRAGE shotgun is a perfect example. WTF is the point of slug ammunition? Did SOE ever test it? It does nothing. I think it gives you like 5 feet of extra range, but it feels like the damage is lowered. That would be ok if it actually made a slug firing medium range weapon like the description says. What does SOE define medium range as? Fifteen feet? give me a break. Its probably one of my top 10 useless cert buy's.

-Zoom scopes. How anyone can use them I don't know. The range is usually so limited on the weapon that using a zoom scope is pointless. I think the highest magnification I use on ANY weapon is 2X, and that is only because I don't have a 1X NV option, else I would buy that instead. If it wasn't for night optics I would never change from a 1X reflex. Thank god for 1X night optics for the few weapons that have them. There is just something wrong with the way the weapons feel in zoom. Like accuracy goes to hell and aiming your weapon becomes much too slow.

-A2A missiles. People say these can be dodged "easily" with a fancy maneuver, but it seems that is just a myth. I have sent so many people to their fiery deaths with my A2A missile's, and have been killed so many times by them. No matter how hard I or others try, 85% of the time they strike. Flares have such a long cooldown and missiles can refire so fast, that using flares is futile in dogfighting. Back in the day real pilots had to actually shoot each other to down one another, we didn't have fire and forget A2A missiles. Reduce the fire rate of A2A missiles please. But make you able to fire them while using your nosegun. That way people try to shoot one another and not just spam missiles. Like once a minute you can shoot a missile. Just make them fly faster.

-AA FLAK is nearly impossible to see. Why cant we have tracer's for Flak? I have only been asking for it since beta. I didn't think it was a stupid idea. I think it makes alot of sense actually.

-Need more AV weapons. Tank zergs are so newbie I just wish I had a nuke to kill them all. They just sit there spamming not hitting anything just being newbs. I mean if they had mixed infantry, air cover, and were using tanks as an assault or defensive position I would give them some credit. But people just spamming around in tanks and people just firing AA missiles at tanks because the SKEP sucks so bad and misses 75% of the time even with lockon (crashes into terrain, doesnt register hits, etc). I use a GROUNDER AA missile to fight ground vehicles. There is something wrong with that. Its easier to manually aim a rocket that has no drop. The default rocket launcher is good close range, the grounder can at least hit tanks at the range tanks like to camp. Luckily there are rocketpods who dive bomb these moron tanks everywhere, but not always.

-Why do outposts not have walls and such? I love being camped by vehicles in my own spawn room. I'm not seeing huge improvements even in these so called improved outposts. I wish the pussies would get out and fight me so I can shoot them in the face.

-Having a AI variant for the tank weapons is kind of meh. Tanks are supposed to kill tanks. Some of my highest killstreaks are just owning ground troops with my tank. It feels so cheap.

-No continent wide general faction chat? WTF?

-Where do you recruit for squads and outfits? In the warpgate with yell? How about sanctuaries There are times when I just want to hang out and chill. The warpgate feels so underwhelming as a hangout spot.

-My screen gets this weird flickering bug. Have to restart to fix it most times.

-Not being able to render troops that are 10 feet away. I love when I rush into a tech plant, see noone, then OMG 100 PEOPLE JUST APPEARED ALL AROUND ME. Drop grenade at feet, die. I would love if I could of shot them while I stood there for a second wondering why the base was empty. But in general rendering enemies is horrible. Try flying a mosquito you have to hover over a base for a few seconds before the enemies will even appear. Or try rendering targets that are medium range to you in a large fight, you won't see any but theres a chance they could see you. It's dumb. Let us set our own render distances so if our computers melt, we have ourselves to blame.

That's all I can think of so far. Enjoying myself for the most part but there are some obvious outstanding issues, lack of continents, etc.

I agree with some of your points. The one I take issue with is the "Foreign players and late night capturing territory".
Welcome to the internet, it goes around the world. Don't like it? Play 24/7. I agree that lagging/warping players can be frustrating but the answer isn't to geo-lock the servers.
Hell playing on Miller, that's one of the things I love! We've got all kinds of UK players, Germans, Poles, a couple Aussies...people from all around the world. Sometimes I can't understand what they're saying but it's a damn good time.

I agree with most points also. The ones I want to reiterate are the AA Flak, which needs a tracer. The A2A locks can be broken with flares, missiles out-paced by certs, and if anyone can confirm, I think the Dog Fighting certs can make it possible to out maneuver them. The continent thing, I think, will be address in content patches, where I would assume everything will generally become more meaningful.

It might sound silly, but the Sanctuary point is my favorite. It is an MMOFPS, yes, but I really wish the MMO wasn't completely disguised. I want a place to hang out too, with outfit buddies, where I can play mini games or something, /dance, wear a casual uniform, buy screen tilting beer from a bar and check out outfit recruiting offices. I want to wait in an airport terminal for HART. I want this silly stuff in my games. It makes me feel like I'm connected to a living world, not just a massive Battlefield game in the future.

It would be interesting to see how continent populations would be and how some fights might go if there wasn't so many AFK in the warpgate on every continent.

For your complaints about the guns, you really should try them before you buy them. You can even look at what they have for certs while you're trying it.

Also if you don't like zoom scopes, don't buy them.

They only recently added the ability to see weapon attachments before purchase.

I bought the Trac 5 Burst on day 1 because I thought it would best suit my style. It was also when weapon trials were making implants delete themselves. I didn't want to risk my 6 month Alpha Squad implant.

That said, weapon trials don't come with the ability to try attachments. I would of never known Slug Ammunition on the Barrage shotgun sucked so bad. I was using it the other day on those air pad towers trying to shoot people from one end of the top floor to the other and my spread was still useless. It takes like 6 shots to take down a guy approaching medium range, which is useless.

At least the Barrage owns in CQB. It's what I bought it for anyways,

I hate the 3 on 3 stalemate on every continent that makes us fight the same battles over and over again. We need cross continental warfare.

Try tactics (Im not trying to be a smart ass when I say that). Alot of times at the crown we get caught in a three way fight. Sometimes when were defending a group will go back to Sanc get a gal and drop on ajoining bases to slow the impact of one of the factions attacking. Sometimes we pull a sunderer outside of the crown and attack from behind, this also slows the momentum of one of the factions. It just depends on the direction of the attakers. For example TI alloys is a good spot to hit if the enemy is attacking from the north. A lib with a good gal drop slows the enemy down alot.

Seems like you are still only seeing the same spots over and over again. I want to get away from all the fights in the middle, I want to capture a corner or something... Or defend it. There are many places on each map I have never been to and never will be because of the stupid 3on3 system.
