I obviously expect its an autoban for the number of reports I get for the countless bads i farm on briggs, possibly it could be for abusing the tards on my team, but without a warning for that first, doubtful. So how many reports we figure it takes to get somebody banned? who should we test it on? This system is utter fail without proof of a player hacking, there is obviously none for me, as i dont I have built to much reputation in my name, and my guilds to forever be labeld hacker in a series i love so much, not to mention throw away the $300.00 worth of station cash I have on my account.

Irony is I was logging into the PS2 site to respond to a thread about people getting banned, to post something like "yea, im awaiting my ban" BAM! account suspended message onscreen.

But seriously, maybe there should be a stickied "i got banned for no reason and want to complain now" thread so we all can stay chilly n' easy on the rest of the forums untill things got sorted out.

I don't understand what you try to achieve with the quoted mail... It's obvious that you edit out some details in it.

Obviously you raised too many red flags. Even if they might have been circumstantional and you're innocent I still think SOE did the right choose here. It's better that they ban a few innocent players then miss to ban a cheater.

should have played on Connery then the lag would have lowered your stats and you would still be playing

For all I know the violation categories are racism, harrassment, etc.

If the message came like that there's an obvious problem.

Banning innocent players isn't very acceptable though. I've had a few moments where I found a nice spot and the enemy players simply never looked where I was. If they all reported me because they thought I was invisible or something I'd want a proper investigation and if they decided to ban me I'd hope they provide dates and times so I can provide a possible explanation in an appeal.

I came close a few times, ten years ago I might have let it fly and if Sony wanted to be picky, they probably could have banned or at least reprimanded me if people reported me.

Yes, this is why i quoted it, there is no reason, i sent en email to smed, saying i presume its hacking, because i know people have reported me, i see it all the time in yell, as they complain about aimbots or whatever other hack they can comeup with when they cant fathom your skill. also i obviously read the delrith thread, so i automtically concluded that i was banned for the same reason: number of reports.

i said in the OP that i have yelled at some morons, but the amount i do that is very rare and what was said does not constitute a permanent immediate ban.
