Dynamic XP Bonuses For Base Defenders

Brainstorm: Instead of showing us a pie chart of 'influence' -- which a lot of people mistake for population, I did the first week, and which we can see at a glance by looking at the map -- show us the actual proportion of belligerents on all sides at a given base. That'll let us know how juicy the XP bonus is.
And what might that bonus be? Simple. You're about even numbers? XP stays the same? Outnumbered two to one? XP DOUBLES. You want to incentivize base defense, that's one way to do it.
That'll take some coding, of course, and the devs' plate is full right now. But it's an idea.
I do not for the life of me understand why they haven't disallowed XP for zerging near-empty bases, though.
