Firstly gratz on being one of the first people to have access to the API from SOE.
But to me, It all seems watered down from actual kills. Signatures for example don't show Total Kills? You cant sort the leader board by Total Kills? I understand this is working progress, But its blatantly obvious your shying away from Kill count. To me you have been gifted an amazing amount of data from SOE. And it should be used correctly on how people want to view stats. BR is irreverent. And a Kill per Hour played stat would be more beneficial. At least to people who care about stats.

The only thing that really properly shows activity is time played in my opinion. Facilities captured / Medals are cool to tho. |

On the outside it's easy to think creation of these pages is something that is just done on the fly when in reality it's extremely complicated.
We received access tot the API back during SOE Live and it was extremely unreliable. When release came it became a bit more reliable, we chose as PSU staff to release this data to the masses because in the end some data is better than none is it not? We pushed out basic pages and basic stat sigs so the community would at least have something. But in the end, Gryphon is only one man. He does this all volunteer and has a real job so creating these features is done in his spare time. Sortable pages is on the list - but it's the holidays so I won't be asking him to push out new features for a while. I do not code I manage the site, it's servers and the community relations we do. Finding a coder willing to work on PSU for free is nearly impossible. Gryphon and I have worked together years. Anytime we find someone who claims they want to help they disappear off the face of the earth in a month or less. So in short: Unless you know a coder that will spend countless hours on PSU without being paid then I am all ears. In the meantime be patient and these features will come. We have tons of plans for signatures and outfit related stuff as well. The only thing that is "blatantly obvious" as you put it is lack of hours in the day to complete things you think should be on there. We are not shying away from any one particular stat or another we are simply creating data feeds for you guys to consume and for us to help SOE improve their API.

Hmh, dunno if offtopic but.. is it possible in the future to see what has killed you and how many times? Also with what have you killed (vehicle, weapon) and how many times (this is ingame already I think)?

Not a stab at PSU; I think it's great what you're doing with the means at your disposal. But...
There are so many things that are lacking for the proper stat fanatics, and by that I mean even the in game stat tab. Kills spread over weapons Killed by class/weapon/vehicle Score generated by what activity (kills, caps, repairs, supplies, heal, revive, you name it) All sorts of fun but probably meaningless facts (some would love it tho). While on the subject of information, I'd love to see just how pimped out that gun/vehicle was that killed me on the death screen. Currently I have no idea if it was the stock Carv or a pimped out murder machine. I guess it'd cut down a bit on the OP whine if people knew that there was a significant cert investment behind your death. |

Whenever anyone complains about the stats shown it seems to me almost always down to them wanting stats shown that favor their playstyle and those that don't hidden or dismissed.
I think Gryphon has done an awesome job on these sigs, they look good... personally I wouldn't choose to show that much stat info, but everyone is going to have their own preference. A big thumbs down to those people asking for only particular stats to be available. Hopefully in the future all sorts of statistical info will be available and each player can choose what they want to display in their sigs and profile based on what they value not what someone else has or hasn't put value on. |

What I was thinking (not sure Gryphon is thinking the same) is a template for Support Classes and a template for Assault classes.
Having 100% customizable templates is extremely complicated due to different length data sizes. If we can configure a couple of different stat templates it may solve what folks are looking for. |

It appears you got political with what is and isn't allowed. How about you let the members decide what they want displayed?
But kills at a minimum should be displayed. Is this not an FPS? XP and BR are redundant stats. I would personally only include BR. Also I would prefer not to disclose when I was last online. The sigs are great but a bit more info would be nice.
