[Ceres][NC][EU] Looking for Outfit

I'm currently BR 26, NC on Ceres.

I'm not looking for anything too zergy, I don't want to log in every day and have no clue who the outfit members I'm playing with are. I also don't just want a tag in front of my name. I want teamplay, objectives, ...

I mostly play during late EU TZ. I can use teamspeak or whatever and have a mic.

Edit: I would be willing to change server or even play TR if there was incentive to do so. No Vanu though, they piss me off.
