Friends deleted every day ?!!

First, my english isnt the best, hope u understand my problem

so,

every time i login into planetside, i need to add 3 guys of my platoon.
they are away from my friendlist every time.
they have ME in the friendlist, but i dont have them in my list. they have to delete me, then i can add them again.

this problem is with 3 players, with about 30 players in my list i have no problems like this...

it cant be a problem with different gamelaunchers (we have 3 systems, Steam, SOE and PSG (european launcher from prosiebengames)) and all 35 players in my list use different launchers, just this 3 players make problems..

if u dont understand something, ask me, ill try to explain

Sounds like a bug of some sort.

yeah .. and the next problem today, cant add a player ...
when i press the "add" button, nothing happens ...
if he try to add me, ps2 tells him instant that i said "No" .. but i get no friendoffer...

I had having same problem but it was turned out I do not had friends at all anywayh.
