Invincible NC Character! [Video]

We were camping the NC Warp Gate on Esamir Friday 1/4/13 and while we were sitting there camping them an NC Character "Dogma281" showed up. I recorded him. I don't know if he was "Hacking" or maybe an undercover Admin wanting to see what we were up too, or what we were doing. He didn't attack us.

He is clearly playing with us as you will see in the video.

One of my squad mates at 1:30 mentions "I can't see him"...ignore that, he was suffering a video glitch after he re-logged he could see him. This guy was very much here. I did a search for this guy on PSU and there are no stats for him, and PSU has stats on mostly all of us.

Thoughts and ideas?

PS: This is purposely in the discussion thread and not the "Video" thread for a reason. Has anyone else seen this? I'm trying to understand more then anything. Thanks in advance.

It's a dev or a CSR, I think.

EDIT nm just saw the date on it but yes it is a dev in god mode.
