Will this build run PS2 decently?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if this build will run Planetside 2, preferably on high settings, with decent FPS, and maybe advise me on whether this is a good system overall? I'm planning to build a budget gaming PC, sticking between $600-700 and these are the parts I have come up with..

CPU : Intel i3 3220
GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB OC
MB : ASRock B75M-R2
HDD : SeaGate Barracuda 500GB
RAM : Corsair CMX8GX3M2B1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
PSU : Thermaltake Litepower 600V
Case : CoolerMaster Elite 334U

You'll definitely run the game, and the 7870 should pull off high settings.

The only potential snag is the i3 - it's a strong performer, but it may still cause you to drop a few frames in the heaviest of fights. It won't break your back, but if you're a stickler for consistent performance, you might get annoyed. Depending on where you live (i.e. near a MicroCenter) and your exact budget constraints are, we may be able to wiggle you up to an i5, at which point, this will no longer be a concern on any level. But before I do that, please fill out those questions so that we don't make useless suggestions.

Goku did a lot helping me last year. I assume his Mod duties take up his time here. I built a PS2-minded desk top. 3770K based. Anyway, it's great. I just came by to thank him. Others put in lots of feedback, so many PSU people helped influence me. I've gotten over 130 fps, and ususally stay close to 80 in the busiest of fights. o'c 3770K at 4.6. ASRock, 32GB ripjaw 1600, Galaxy 670 4GB,....
A little overkill, but will be relatively easy to stay in upper part of tech-curve via upgrading it piecemeal year-to-year.

Yeah I think you want to move up to and i5 if possible.
