Can somone please give a good summary of what Ho Chi Minh did as a dictator and Mao Tse Tung. I've been looking all over the interweb for about half an hour now and I just keep finding websites saying there evil
 .I need to write a report on the rights and responsibilities of a the types of dictators to his people. (so for far it seems like there only responsibility is to stay in power) then I need to shift my focus to saddam hussein because he was the primary dictator I was assigned but I got a lot of info on him already.

rather than look for info just on them, try looking at the histories for the individual countries during the periods. there might be a bit more on the circumstances under which they were able to take power as well as the histories of their governments and their eventual change to present forms. you also might get more factual data beyond 'evil'...altho in some cases it is.
it might also be good to include other examples of dictatorships beyond those few. Castro and Cuba, Hitler and Germany etc. the broader idea you get of the definition 'dictator' as a whole will allow you to better define how it relates to what we're seeing in Iraq now and why.
