missing character

[Jockstrap]

Hello, I cant find my character, named jockstrap on Mallory server EU.
The only one i can see is a toaster lover on Cobalt that was created and last accessed : Last Data Save: 2012-11-26 10:12 PM my character however was created 2013-1-1 (i think)
Is it possible to do a refresh to see if this other character was deleted and mine may pick up?
