HALP!

Ok so I'm having trouble starting a poll. I can't find the "box" or "option" to start the poll, and it's really starting to piss me off.

Can you guys help? Please?

Polls were disabled by Hamma a while ago. Best idea might be to submit your idea straight to Hamma and let him set it up.
