What's Happening at SOE?

They just got finished working on GU5. Both PS2 and the official forums are down. Any idea?

The longer they are down, the less station cash that is being bought, the less money the shareholders will get. I would be worried if I were a director of something or other working on Planetside 2 at SOE. Gordon Ramsey wouldn't stand for it I bet.

This latest patch not only broke the game but nuked SOE headquarters this time

I bet all of the talented devs over there are on MLG fast track duty, while they have all of the interns working on the patches, only way I can explain how every patch ends up breaking more and more things.

I've not heard anything, something is obviously going on and judging from our traffic and PlanetSide 2 itself.. it's not good.

Was ingame and it said something about "removing external players" oO whatever that means...

Edit: Also there will be new Decales, and you can preview the Tank Cosmetics that will come with the Spring Sale.
The decales look like they are from Game of Thrones... a "Black Stag ..." and "Guardian of the Forest" (its a wolf), "Rising Dragon" and "Golden Lion" (thats roaring...

The Magrider Fins actually look pretty good. Oh and the new helmets look even worse ingame.

I was able to get on...and then got disconnected because my account was logged into by someone else...

They pulled the plug because the tech test of the engine was successful. Onwards to EQNext!

The server logins are borked and the nerds are raging. I'd imagine there's a lot of basement dwellers who got home from school and are pulling a Francis because they can't log in. Their fat fingered mashing of F5 has probably brought down the SOE website.

Same for me. Seems like an issue with SOE, nothing with account hacking. Don't worry.

Well they had 15min with your Acc. Imagine loggin back in only to see that they spend all your Certs on buying and upgrading a Skyguard
