GU5 Ninja nerf to ESF?

Just logged on a few minutes ago and jumped right in my Mossy to only find out I have a noticeable decline in responsiveness to all controls in my Mossy. I am asking all factions to report in and give any input if you are noticing any changes since GU5. My mouse sensitivity options are still maxed and mouse dpi unchanged.

Seems the same.

My mossy's A2Am don't work, but that's alright for now as rocket podding is still fun, just not as fun as going pure A2A with A2Am.

Hmm... I played around with a Scythe (basic setup) in VRT for a little while and I thought it felt more sluggish than I remembered.
