560ti 1024 384 core. No directx above 9.

I've had this problem in all games I play since I got this card. It never recognized directx 10 or 11 and always set the graphics options to directx 9 and greys it out. Anyone know why? It says it is directx 11? is there osme issue with these using higher direct x settings. Is it likely too old of a Dx11 card or something else?

It's a zulman from about 2-3years ago.
