There was an update a while back that caused me to lose the extended magazine for #1 Mercy on my Max.
It shows having been purchased on the cert menu but it is not there when I go to equip it. I've reported the problem 5 times now and they still have not fixed it. Anyone else having problems with lost attachments after updates? |

Well it makes me feel a little better that it is not just me...
What really frosts me is that everytime I open a support ticket they require all my system info before I can submit it and then they basically reply that they know there is a problem and they are working on it. Then they close the support ticket as "solved". Then weeks go by and a half a dozen updates and still no fix. Then I have to open another support ticket and go through the same process only to get the exact same answer. I guess it is just the principle of it. I mean it doesn't put me at a huge disadvantage. It just drives me crazy when I am getting lamasted with incoming fire and my #1 Mercy decides to reload. |
