Stealth Carv Buff

I'm not trolling I'm serious. Has anybody worked with the carv after GU06? I bought the tmg with my certs about 2 weeks ago. I haven't really played for the last couple of days waiting for the patch. After I got it install, one of my outfit members told me to try it. You. Yeah you.. Get on Planetside right now. Try it. Then tell me.

Do you mean the TMG-50 or the T9 CARV/(s). You mention both, but do you just mean the actual CARV?

I have noticed a Stealth buff to the Pulsar LSW, it totally rips through infantry at over 100 meters (and closer obviously)

I really think the ESLMGs got abuff.

Carv-S is superior to the regular Carv (it's what the S stands for hehe) but really the attachments on the -S are what makes it.

Carv-S has always been known as the Carv-Shit. And Chip, I was referring to a Stealth Buff on the Carv.

I've been using it instead of the carv for a while, thats why I didn't know if there was a difference.

The CARV has always been good.

I seriously doubt that there has been any 'stealth buff'. Players are notoriously unreliable at judging these things by 'feel'.

Ive heard allot of people talking about stealth buffs to their guns. It may have just been a bug fix or server issue that has been fixed now.

I realize that there are alot of people who BS about stealth buffs, but I think they reduced the horizontal recoil on the carv.

The CARV hasn't changed. There was a period there, GU 4 or 5, I forget which, that accidentally screwed it up and it sucked for a while. That was not intentional. I was one of the original people asking them to look into it and talked with a few devs to help narrow down the issue, and they found the unintentional change/bug which caused bullets to not register hits and they fixed it. If you haven't used it in a while, maybe this is what you are comparing it to?

Personally though, if you have been watching my streams I use the bull a lot now.

I think you may be thinking of a GU05 stealth buff that it took you this long to notice.

I was checking the files on the various weapons and I wtfbbq'd at discovering the T9 CARV and MSW-R had same rate of fire and damage-per-bullet when I had a definite memory of the MSW-R having the better in one or both of those categories before.

Overall it made me drop my MSW-R and start playing with the T9 more. That being said, I am having trouble adjusting my playstyle. Must remember to only hit R when I am under 50 bullets... T9 reload rate is too long for my liking.

The only stealth thing I noticed was changes in the sound of reloading magazines.
