MAX Abilities

• NC Ability - Shield ability for NC Max they cannot use weapons - used to break the lines
• TR Ability - Lockdown siege mode
• VS Ability - move faster and fire faster but will take more damage.
• Max transport modes - speed run coming back so they can run like vehicles.

Misc

• Buggies in GU08, rumble seat that will fit MAX units.
