When I go to the Hall of Shame via the Forum > Quick Links > Hall of Shame
I land on the page http://www.planetside-universe.com/ban_log.php?

Via the navigation options when on that page Forum is still highlighted.
The links bar below that is shown and I've listed them here, green is ok red is broken, imo:
