Graphics change: new shader? more saturation ?

I think its reminds me of videos of people using sweet FX.
The colors seem more vivid which is great.
But the lights so bright that hey make it hard to see other stuff.

No, I've noticed it too, a lot of the camo's seem brighter and more saturated and sort of just blend into a messy pixilated pile that you use as a scrub.

I noticed this too yesterday I could see a lot more, for example the VS were more vivd at night and some places in the Amp station under the lights looked real nice.

THE VS SO SHINEYY....... wait, am I high

That set off my outfit mates into fits of laughter .

Ok, so it wasn't just me. After switching to the new Ultra settings everything looked way more vivid. Sun was brighter... like reminds me of BF3 solar glare almost.. hard to see anything with the sun behind it. Then at night VS were way easier to track because they glow.. their guns glow, some parts of their suit glow.. then I noticed when I switched to infiltrator it seemed like the yellow light on my hands was a lot brighter. The heavy shields, spawn room shields and NC max shields are all very bright at night and stand out very clearly... even terminals are way brighter and cast a tent on everything around them.

Oh and the VS weapons.. dear god they make battle hard. Just tons of purple beams... some beams that I hadn't seen before... looked like very scifi... but made it really hard to see anything past the flashes of light. It's like how AA makes streaks in the sky, but for VS it seems like every single gun makes bright displays of color. I don't remember seeing the same effects when I played TR fighting the NC...
