I think a lot of us are waiting to see if the game will actually remain populated before we start recruiting again. Its all for nothing if the game dies again before the six months are up.

That doesn't strike me as the best idea, I think outfits and team play will go a long way towards keeping people invested in the game. People are a lot less likely to leave if they have friends and team mates to socialize and play with.

That doesn't stop people from getting in squad and getting on vent and teamspeak. Most outfits allow people to do so.

No outfit right now is going to competitively play and recruit as if the game has a bright and shiny future.

You may want to specify a time that you're playing. Different groups have their prime times during different hours of the day.
